HOZ ARB considers request for playground

During its regular Dec. 14, 2020 meeting, the Forney HOZ Architecture Review Board met to consider playground structure.

• Held Public Hearings -
  • Approved a request for a certificate of appropriateness, in accordance with the Historic Overlay Zone district regulations, for an accessory structure at 107 E. Church Street.
        Mr. Dixon said they request approval for an 8x10 playground structure, 13'8" tall, white painted treated wood. Staff recommends approval.
        Applicant Mr. Dedon introduced himself to answer any questions.
        There was no public input.
